HeatStrand delivers far-infrared radiant heat, warming both your space and the surfaces around you.
HeatStrand is a highly conductive heat mesh made from graphene, a breakthrough conductive material. It produces far-infrared heat by electrically exciting a single layer of graphene atoms.
This ultra-thin matting system is easy to install. It connects to your building’s electrical system with an embedded connector, serving as a heating element for walls, floors or even furniture. It connects to your thermostat, allowing precise temperature control.

Flexible to Install
HeatStrand can be plugged into a standard outlet or wired directly into your building’s electrical system.
It can be installed under all flooring types, including porcelain and ceramic tile, stone, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), wood, rubber, carpet and area rugs.
HeatStrand acts as a receptor for magnetic flooring, and can be used with loose lay or standard flooring systems.
For solar applications, your system can be powered directly by DC solar arrays or converted to AC power.

How do I purchase HeatStrand?
Intelli-force Technology Corp. is currently setting up distribution through flooring distributors or dealers.
If there is no distributor / dealer in your area, the products can be purchased directly from Intelli-Force Technology Corp.
How much does HeatStrand cost?
Current MSRP is roughly as follows:

How long does it get to receive my order?
HeatStrand is stocked in our Batavia, Illinois warehouse and will ship within two days of order
Can it be Installed Under Doorways?
The ultra-thin technology allows installation without the need for transitions between doorways or other flooring types. This eliminates the need for floor leveling or underlayments.
How Long Does it Take to Install?
The electrical hook up labor is a fraction of conventional in floor heating systems. HeatStrand can be installed in less than one hour, not days like standard systems
Should I be Concerned About Wire Failures?
No. Because the graphene mesh creates an electrical field there is no concern with wiring failures which are common with alternative systems. In fact, you can run screws through the mat or even core a hole through it as long as you do not tear completely through the copper lead along the edge.
It can be wired direction into any standard 110V junction box, or for aftermarket, plugged directly into any 110 receptacle with a provided UL approved plug
What Flooring Types Can HeatStrand Be Used Under?
HeatStrand can be used beneath nearly any flooring type. This includes hard surface tiles, stone, LVT, LVP, Laminate or click flooring, wood, carpet or carpet tiles, rugs, and rubber. HeatStrand is a great matchup for our Magnetix Magnetic Flooring. This ensures the entire system is modular, portable, and moveable. This opens up the opportunity to use throughout any room in a home or commercial space
How Long Does it Take to Heat Up?
Heat up times depend on the finished flooring, but in general approximately 5 minutes.
